Localized Asphalt Renewal - Queensway Corporate Campus

Inside Edge Properties, on behalf of Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services, is to execute a project to patch/repair deteriorated sections of the existing parking lot at 4200 Labelle, 4210 Labelle, and 1223 Michael, which together form a single, continuous parking area with a total footprint of over 1,000 . This will include removal of the existing asphalt, excavation of the areas to provide for new granular base and then the application of a new asphalt surface.
