Repave South-East Parking Lot

Remove and replace asphalt in the South-East parking lot. Ensure adequate cross-fall for drainage, adjust catch basins as necessary. Investigate and reuse subgrade if possible. Coordinate the placement of conduit to accommodate any future need for car charging stations. Provide a layout and signage following CSA B-651 for accessibility.
