Securing the Northeast Courtyard- Royal Military College Saint-Jean

The Department of National Defence (DND) is proposing a project. The project involves the construction of a deep excavation trench, approximately 450 mm long and 140 m wide, in which two 50 mm PVC conduits will be installed to supply a future lighting network and a data network for the installation of surveillance cameras. The project also includes the construction of a concrete base and three junction boxes.

October 16, 2025— The authorities issued their Notice of Determination and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
