Temporary 8'x20' building

The RCMP has purchased a ‘temporary' building which will be located in the paved parking lot in front of building 401. The building is 8'x20' basically a sea container fit up as a meeting space. Integrated electrically powered HVAC. No washroom or water. Installed onto 6x6 posts. It will be onsite for 1 to 2 years, then it will be deployed as needed elsewhere. Fencing will be installed around the perimeter at 30'x50'. A new electrical feed will need to be run from Building 401 or 407 to the new location to provide 100 amp service. This will involve trenching to a minimum depth of 3 ft across the parking lot.
