YUL Montreal-Trudeau International Airport - Development of a parking lot at 400 Michel-Jasmin Avenue (P14)

ADM Aéroports de Montréal wants to build a parking lot at 400 Michel-Jasmin Avenue in Dorval. This site is currently used as a parking space for freight truck transport trailers and buses for passenger transport. The development of this parking lot will add an additional capacity of approximately 800 spaces. The construction of this surface parking lot will include the construction of the foundation and the repaving of the surface, as well as the installation of a stormwater management system.

June 6, 2025 – ADM Aéroports de Montréal issued its Notice of Determination and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects by applying the mitigation measures provided for in the project.
