White Lake Wharf Demolition & Replacement

The Township of McNab/Braeside is planning to undertake a wharf demolition and replacement project at the White Lake Small Craft Harbour site located on White Lake, Ontario.

The following work is being planned:  

  • Demolition and removal of the existing concrete wharf using land-based equipment
  • Grading of the shoreline using on-site, clean fill material to match existing
  • Installation of a new, non-fixed aluminum seasonal dock to facilitate boating
  • All work to be completed after installation of a silt/turbidity curtain to isolate work area

July 8, 2025 – Fisheries and Oceans Canada Small Craft Harbours has issued it's Notice of Determination and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
