Construction of two industrial buildings at the YMX International Aerocity of Mirabel - Public Comments Invited

SEC YMX2 is requesting financing from BDC for the construction of two industrial buildings located on lot 4 618 690 and on part of lot 3 945 815, on Henri-Fabre boulevard at YMX International Aerocity of Mirabel. The site is approximately 37,176 m2 in size.

The buildings will be used for the storage of goods of various companies located at the YMX International Aerocity of Mirabel. 

Latest update

January 16, 2023 – The Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC) issued its Notice of Determination and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
