YUL Montreal-Trudeau International Airport - Construction of a temporary parking lot - Jenkins Avenue

ADM Aéroports de Montréal wants to build a parking lot located between the restricted area and Jenkins Avenue in Dorval to compensate for the loss of the multi-level parking spaces. The development of this parking lot will add an additional capacity of approximately 1,200 spaces. This is a temporary parking lot with an expected period of use of 5 years. The construction of this surface parking lot will include the construction of the foundation and the repaving of the surface, as well as the installation of a stormwater management system.

April 9, 2025 - ADM Aéroports de Montréal has determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects by applying the mitigation measures planned for the project listed in the Notice of Determination.
