Construction of a main water pipe and public utilities

The project involves excavation work on an area of 3,450m² (on federal land) to install a 900mm diameter water pipe. It includes the installation of an underground network intended for CSEM and Bell, including the valve chambers and access wells required for their respective installations. The site will require the use of heavy machinery: - 1 to 2 excavators - 1 loader - 1 to 2 truck(s). The work will take place near infrastructure and urban furniture belonging to Parks Canada, which justifies the implementation of specific protection measures, such as self-supporting fences, signage devices, and rail-mounted fences. In order to ensure effective coordination of the work, an area adjacent to the intervention zone is temporarily required for the installation of construction trailers. This occupation will allow for the centralization of logistics, the strengthening of site security, and the facilitation of operations management.
