Replacement of the Underground Electrical Distribution System - Saint-Jean Garrison

The Department of National Defence (DND) is proposing a project. The project involves replacing the underground electrical distribution system at the Garrison Saint-Jean. The project includes replacing an electrical substation, transformers and disconnect switches, concrete conduit banks, access manholes, cables and electrical panels inside certain buildings.
