YUL Montreal-Trudeau International Airport - New temporary parking lot "CellParc" for the benefit of airport users

The project consists of the development of a new temporary parking area (called "CellParc"), with 88 free spaces, for the benefit of airport users. The site is located west of the former Pmax located near the intersection of Cardinal Avenue and Arthur-Fecteau Street.  

This parking lot aims to offer an alternative to the loss of available spaces in the "CellParc" previously accessible on Arthur-Fecteau Street.  

 

The parking development work includes:  

  • The reprofiling and renovation of an existing access road approximately 175 metres long;  

  • The development of a surface area of 3050 m2 made of aggregate;  

  • The development of a picnic area.  

 

The new CellParc parking lot is scheduled to serve for a period of approximately 2 1/2 years, from the fall of 2025 to the end of 2027.
