Wolfe Island Ferry Kingston Terminal - install a permanent mooring dolphin at the secondary berth

The Ontario Ministry of Transportation (MTO) is seeking to construct a new mooring dolphin at the Kingston Terminal of the Wolfe Island Ferry Service in Kingston, Ontario.  An additional mooring dolphin is required at the secondary (southern) berth while the primary (northern) berth is under construction and for the ultimate configuration. It will also provide additional operational safety and redundancies.

The mooring dolphin will be a permanent structure, with approximate dimensions of 7.5m x 7.5m (with chamfered edges), and includes 9 piles.   The depth of the piles to the lakebed is approximately 10m (30 feet) and will be driven to bedrock (depth to bedrock is pending).
