YUL Montreal-Trudeau International Airport - Construction of a temporary parking lot - South Snow Depot (P10)

ADM Aéroports de Montréal wants to build a parking lot located on 50% of the surface of the south snow depot, adjacent to the current P10 parking lot, north of English Avenue in Dorval. It will help compensate for the loss of the multi-level parking spaces. The development of this parking lot will add an additional capacity of approximately 700 spaces. This is a temporary parking lot with an expected period of use of 5 years. The construction of this surface parking lot will include the construction of the foundation and the repaving of the surface, as well as the installation of a stormwater management system.

June 4, 2025 – ADM Aéroports de Montréal issued its Notice of Determination and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects by applying the mitigation measures provided for in the project.
