Compliance work for the storage tanks at Canada Border Service Agency's Rigaud College

The CBSA College, located in Rigaud Quebec, currently has non-compliances within its petroleum product storage systems.

Corrections to the CBSA College's petroleum product storage systems would make it possible to obtain facilities that comply with regulatory requirements and provide a higher level of security than that offered by existing facilities.Following several inspections and reports we must carry out compliance work and additional recommendations.

Latest update

January 15, 2024 – The public comment period on the project is closed. The CBSA is considering comments received to help inform its determination on whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
