Removal of Pad-Mount Transformer and Switchgear

Project intent is to remove the redundant pad-mounted transformer and switchgear outside the DND Data Centre. The project area is expected to be about 70m2, and is outside of the building envelope. The building itself has a footprint over 1000m2.
In summary the contractor will:
• Perform locates around work area;
• Lift 15kV transformer from pad and remove from site;
• Remove protective bollards and pad;
• Saw cut section of asphalt and excavate to depth required to remove concrete duct bank and conduit
• Reinstate disturbed areas.
