Increase of the drinking water reserve - Manawan
This is a non-designated project on federal lands or outside Canada. The listed authorities are responsible for the project assessment.
The project includes the connection of a 2nd water supply well to the existing pump house. It also includes the expansion of the existing drinking water reservoir by the addition of a +/- 250 m3 cell, the replacement of the diesel generator for the fire pump with an electric generator and the upgrade of the disinfection treatment. Excavation, piping and backfill repair activities will therefore take place within 30 meters of Metabeskéga Lake.
