Bobcaygeon Beach Park Redevelopment, Trent Severn Waterway, Bobcaygeon

The City of Kawartha Lakes is proposing to redevelop Bobcaygeon Beach Park. The proposal is intended to provide an accessible gateway to the Trent-Severn Waterway, facilitate access by boat to Bobcaygeon, and enhance services at the existing Bobcaygeon Beach Park.

Features to be constructed include rain gardens, main concession building, washroom facilities, non-motorized boat rental building and parks and maintenance, amphitheatre, arch bridge, artwork, paddle sports launch area, boardwalk and riparian zone enhancements. The proposed work also includes the removal of existing parking areas and paving of a new parking area.
