Installation of a manufactured (pre-fabricated) 1-story home (70' x 16' ft.; approx. 1000 sq. feet) in the cleared area where a former house existed.   The former driveway, that still exists, will be used.   Installation and/or construction of residentail infrastructure:  septic bed; well; hydro; and a garage.

January 30, 2025 -  The project proponent has formally withdrawn the project.   The proposed project will not go ahead and the environmental review is cancelled / terminated.
