Private dock installation

The applicant proposes to install a new private dock within their water lot fronting 306 Sasamat Lane, North Vancouver. The proposed dock will face east, fronting Indian Arm – a branch of Burrard Inlet, where private docks are presently attached to the surrounding properties. The new dock would attach to an existing fixed dock and would consist of an approximately 15.4-metre-long by 1.2-metre-wide ramp, approximately 10-metre-long by 3-metre-wide mooring float, approximately two concrete anchors, and miscellaneous items (e.g., rails, anchor pins, etc.).

All dock components would be prefabricated offsite and brought and assembled at the site. The project is anticipated to take approximately two to three weeks.
