Paving and shoreline upgrades

Goodrich Terminals are proposing to repave an existing paved yard and a gravel lot and remediate approximately 70 metres of shoreline. Works would include:

  • Removal of minor vegetation
  • Installation of compacted fill and riprap to a slope of approximately 1:1.5 along approximately 70 metres of shoreline
  • Repaving an existing paved site of approximately 9,250 square metres, including:
    • Removal of existing pavement, subgrade preparation and grading
    • Installation of new stormwater infrastructure
    • Backfill and repaved  
  • Paving an existing gravel lot of approximately 3,100 square metres:
    • Removal of topsoil, subgrade preparation and grading
    • Installation of new stormwater infrastructure
    • Backfill and pave

Notice of Determination

City of Surrey, B.C. – August 28th, 2025 – The Vancouver Fraser Port Authority has determined that the proposed paving and shoreline upgrades located at 10880 Dyke Road, Surrey is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
