Ts'uubaa-asatx First Nation - Deer Road Expansion of Water & Sewer Project

This project will address existing deficiencies within the Ts'uubaa-asatx (Lake Cowichan) First Nations Indian Reserve #1 for potable water supply, fire suppression, and sanitary sewer servicing. The waterworks component of the project will include a 840m3 potable water storage reservoir, 300/250/200mm diameter PVC supply and distribution piping, with a service life of 100 years. The sanitary sewer works will include 200mm diameter PVC piping that will gravity flow to the Nation's sanitary lift station.

December 6, 2024 – The authorities issued their Notice of Determination and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
