SE-MI-AH-MU-ALE-LEN (Housing) Society is planning to develop a multi-family housing development on a vacant parcel of land within the Semiahmoo First Nation Reserve in Surrey, BC. The proposed development consists of 32 one- and two-storey housing units, 76 parking stalls, utility buildings, access roads, and a playground.
