Chippewas of Georgina Island First Nation - Early Childhood Learning Centre

The Chippewas of Georgina Island First Nation will be constructing a new Early Childhood Learning Centre on Lots 6-19-2 Georgina Island. The new facility will replace the outdated existing Early Childhood Learning Centre, and will provide the children of Georgina Island with a better learning experience. The new building will include an approximately 25,000 sq. ft. learning facility with bus loop and parking for staff and buses over 1.09 ha. A Peatland System will be constructed on an approximately 2,070 m2 area of the property to service the wastewater from the facility. Access will be directly off Chief Joseph Snake Road.
