7 and 9 Reesor Rd. Event Venue

1000982983 ONTARIO CORPORATION is proposing the decommissioning, renovation, and construction of various structures at 7 & 9 Reesor Rd, Scarborough, to support the use of the site as an event venue. The project may involve cosmetic renovations to the interior and exterior of their leased buildings, expansion of the driveway to accommodate two lanes, construction of a parking lot and traffic circle, construction of a new event venue and gazebo, installation of new septic systems and wells, installation of fences, installation of garden beds, electrical and gas service upgrades, landscaping, and associated site grading, excavation, and vegetation removal.

November 1 2025 – The public comment period on the project is closed. Parks Canada is considering comments received to help inform its determination on whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
