James Dick Construction Ltd. is proposing to re-open, operate, and decommission the Reid Road Reservoir Quarry for the extraction and processing of aggregate at a maximum production capacity of 990,000 tonnes per year for approximately 20 years. The project would be located in Milton, Ontario.

December 12, 2019 - The Minister of Environment and Climate Change has determined that the Reid Road Reservoir Quarry Project proposed by James Dick Construction Ltd. does not warrant designation under the Impact Assessment Act. The reasons for the Minister’s determination are provided in the Minister’s response.
