FedEx Facility Parking Lot Expansion

Development of the Site located at 2190 Derry Road East, Mississauga, Ontario consists of expansion of the existing parking lots both east and north of the Site, which is to be undertaken in two phases. Convert existing grassed areas into asphalt paved parking lot. The new parking area will be 6,945m2 increasing the parking spots to 365 spots for employees and 60 new VAN parking spots. Installation of new catchbasins as required to maintain water quantity and quality control measures. 

Latest update

July 27th, 2022 – The public comment period on the project is closed. The Greater Toronto Airports Authority is considering comments received to help inform its determination on whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
