Chippewas of Nawash Unceded First Nation is an Anishinaabek First Nation from the Bruce Peninsula region in Ontario, Canada approximately 250km Northwest of Toronto. Together with the Saugeen First Nation, they form the Saugeen Ojibway Nation.

The Chippewas of Nawash Unceded First Nation is proposing the construction of a new Multi-use building to serve as a central space for community programs, cultural activities and administrative functions. This project will involve the construction of a 2,770M2 building on a vacant lot that previously housed a demolished structure.

The public comment period on the project is closed. Indigenous Services Canada issued its Notice of Determination and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
