Church Repointing and Monument Rehabilitation

Significant cracks in the mortar of both the Grand Pre church and several monuments have recently appeared and require attention. The south façade of the Grand Pre church will undergo a complete repointing and masonry repair as well as separate localized masonry repairs at other elevations. Other repairs to flashings, gutters, architectural wood and structural wood elements will be necessary. Excavations are not anticipated for this component of the project. There are 4 monuments at Grand Pre that will require rehabilitation. All will require masonry repairs while 3 monuments will undergo structural concrete repairs that will require excavations.
