Bear River First Nation Multi-Purpose Building

The project will include the construction of a new community multi-purpose building. This will comprise of a two-level construction with concrete foundation. The building will be serviced by an onsite septic system and an onsite drilled well, as well as a paved parking area from approximately 40 vehicles. Site preparation activities include clearing, grubbing, site grading, and landscaping. The total project area will encompass approximately 0.5 hectares.

September 9, 2025 - Indigenous Services Canada issued its Notice of Determination and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
