Upgrade to Tilley Avenue between Champlain Avenue and Ganong Street - 5th Canadian Division Support Base (CDSB) Gagetown, Oromocto NB

Tilley Avenue, between Champlain Avenue and Ganong Street will be upgraded. The Project will include widening of the roadway to include bike lanes, upgrade of pedestrian crossings, replacement of the stream culvert on Indian Brook, replacement of sanitary and storm sewer lines and outfall structures within the Tilley Avenue right-of-way (where required); and intersection upgrades within the right-of-way.

August 29, 2025— The authorities issued their Notice of Determination and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
