Rathburn Crossing Replacement- 5th Canadian Division Support Base, Gagetown

The Department of National Defence (DND) has proposed a project to replace the Rathburn Watercourse Crossing. Due to military activities upstream and high-water events, severe erosion and structural damage around the inlet and outlet of these areas has occurred. This watercourse crossing requires a structure designed to meet military loading and fish passage requirements. The site also requires the design of a 400 meter road realignment to straighten out Corner Road. The two steel arch culverts will be replaced with one large open bottom culvert.
