The project includes the construction of a 930m2 building, for a total project footprint of 5322m2 and will be built in a previously developed commercial area. Construction activities include construction of the building, grubbing and leveling of site, construction of back retention wall, parking lot paving and lateral connections (water and waste water) connections into community services.

March 6, 2025 - Indigenous Services Canada issued its Notice of Determination and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
