The Proposed Project

The project will include the construction of a one-storey building (1,170 m2) and a three-storey building (603 m2 on first floor), an outdoor play area, parking lot, with a building footprint totalling over 1,770 m2 and total project area of approximately 0.9 ha.

Activities include the construction of a new road, lateral connections (water and wastewater/sewer), site preparation (clearing, grubbing and regarding), paving, and construction of buildings.
