The Proposed Project

The project will include construction of a 1,920 m2 office building and an approximately 1,880 m2 parking lot with 77 parking spots. The approximate total project footprint is 1.06 hectares. Project activities include site preparation (clearing and grubbing of the site), levelling, construction, connection to community water and wastewater services, landscaping, paving and road construction.

The project is proposed on land that is in the process of being added to reserve; therefore a Section.82 environmental review is being conducted in accordance with the Impact Assessment Act.
