EX-9999 Authorization for a 3D seismic exploration program for oil and gas development

A 3D seismic exploration program will be conducted for oil and gas. The seismic program will be conducted using low impact seismic techniques (i.e., small charges or shot holes) as the energy source.  The program will utilize as much as of the existing cutlines, openings and clearings as possible. Reclamation of surface disturbances will be conducted immediately following the field program.

The proposed program will be located throughout Frog Lake First Nation lands in Townships 57 & 58, between Range Roads 3 and 4 in Alberta.  A variance has been requested for the program given the abundance of Class I to V wetlands, muskegs, swamps and beaver flood areas.
