Frog Lake First Nation Water System Project

The water infrastructure upgrades include a new water treatment plant located on the north side of Frog Lake, a new raw water intake, a new raw water intake pump station, a new raw water pond, a new raw water transfer pump station, treated water transmission line, and local residuals management. The new infrastructure will be sized to the 20-year projected water demand.


Latest update

November 14, 2023 – Indigenous Services Canada issued its notice of determination https://iaac-aeic.gc.ca/050/evaluations/document/163757 and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
