RW-4850 Authorization to Construct and Operate a Right of Way for a gas pipeline

Canadian Natural Resources Limited intends to build a 88.9mm pipeline to connect CNRL's 11-7-59-5W4M header to the 9-12-59-6 gathering system. Of the 0.249 ha of area required for the pipeline ROW, approximately 0.09 ha will be on Kehewin Reserve land.

March 16, 2023 – Indian Oil and Gas Canada issued its Notice of Determination and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
