Pelican Lake First Nation Subdivision

Pelican Lake First Nation is proposing to construct a new subdivision to meet the needs of the community. The new subdivision will have 30 lots and will cover an area of approximately 9.39 hectares. Site preparation activities will include vegetation clearing, topsoil stripping, and grading. Construction activities will include installation and tie in of sewer, water, natural gas, power and telecommunication services, building roads/driveways, installation of street lighting, construction of walking paths, replacement of topsoil, and planting of trees.

June 11, 2025 – Indigenous Services Canada issued its Notice of Determination and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
