Kehewin Transmission System Extension Project

Kehewin Cree Nation plans to extend the existing transmission waterline by approximately 12.03km to service more residents. The extended waterline will be installed using trenchless methods along pre-disturbed township roads to resident homes and it will be tied in at existing transmission facilities. Kehewin Cree Nation also plans to install new service connections along the existing transmission line to connect to resident homes. The new service connections will be approximately 200m off the pipeline to the resident homes.
