Replacement of Bridge 8- Valcartier Military Base Range and Training Area

The Department of National Defence (DND) has proposed a project for the replacement of Bridge 8 at Valcartier Military Base. The bridge must be demolished, including the structure and its foundations, and then rebuilt.

March 13, 2025— The authorities issued their Notice of Determination and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
