Wemhab: Prefabricated house factory

The Wemhab project aims to manufacture distinctive housing units and will include the manufacturing of floor trusses, unit framing and interior finishing. The main building will house 2 manufacturing lines for the construction of prefabricated houses and walls. The factory will include a space for developing finishing products as well as floor and roof trusses. The property is mostly wooded with a total surface area of 113,115 m2 (11.311 hectares). The main building will have a surface area of 4,077 m2. Two intermittent streams flowing to the south are present on the site. The entire property will be deforested except for the riparian strips of at least 10 m along the two streams.
