Construction of an administrative office with annexed mechanical workshop

The project consists of the construction and operation of new administrative offices and a mechanical workshop. The dimensions of the building will be 18 m wide by 27.5 m long (495 m2).


The mechanical workshop will have a dimension of 324 m2 (18 m X 18 m) while the administrative offices will occupy the building an area of 167 m2 (9.15 m X 18.30 m) on two floors. Parking areas for employees are planned in front of the building as well as on the side of the land. The residual surface of the land will be used to nstall a variety of containers containing equipment, signage or various construction materials.
