Envelope repair and interior redevelopment of the new Customs Building, 130 Dalhousie

Repair work on the Customs Building. Studies carried out over the past few years show that the current heritage masonry is in poor condition. A major renovation project must be put forward in order to preserve the building as a whole in good condition the heritage value of the building.
