Graceland Project - Valcartier Research Centre, QC

The Department of National Defence (DND) is proposing a project. The project involves the deforestation and construction of an access road, as well as the development of a cleared area that will be graded with gravel to accommodate temporary or permanent infrastructure. The infrastructures may include: telecommunication towers, office/laboratory infrastructures and other equipment. The infrastructures will also include air conditioning / heating installations, a gas generator prior to the installation of permanent electricity, fencing and other instrumentation equipment.

December 15, 2025— The Department of National Defence (DND) issued their Notice of Determination and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
