Creating of 20 unit residences to complement the existing seniors housing. Infrastructure: graded lot, drainage, driveway, parking lot, orverhead powerlines, water service design, sewer service design. Activities: clearing and grubbing, enviromental site assessment, lot grading and drainage, driveway and parking lot construction, lot development and geotechnical study.

November 23, 2024 – The public comment period on the project is closed. Indigenous Services Canada is considering comments received to help inform its determination on whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
