Install new water main and sewer main across the Assiniboine River by directionally drilling under the river. Tie the water and
sewer mains into the existing piping on either side of the river.

2022 Feb 2026 – The public comment period on the project is closed. Indigenous Services Canada is  considering comments received to help inform its determination on whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
