Xplornet Communications Inc. – XCS proposes to add an antenna to an existing 14 metre radiocommunication tower to enhance communication to the Canada Border Services Agency office, adjacent to Provincial Highway No. 89, Piney Port Border Crossing, Hwy 89, Piney Port, MB. The addition will include a 0.6m parabolic antenna mounted at 14m transmitting in the 17-19GHz frequency bands. This tower may undergo future modifications or the addition/replacement of antennas.
