Yuasni Tipi Lodge Lease

Tatanka Oyate Holdings is proposing a sub-lease for the Yuasni Tip Lodge, a substance use treatment facility. The facility has two structures on the property- main building is approximately 1,650 sq. meters (17,760 sq ft) with the accessory building being 92.9 sq meters (1,000 sq. ft). Existing infrastructure includes: utility lines- water, power, communication. Waste generation is typical of residential/office waste and is picked up by Greenland Waste out of Prince Albert, SK. Any household/office hazardous waste is taken to a hazardous waste facility for proper disposal in Prince Albert, SK.

October 7, 2024 - Indigenous Services Canada issued its notice of determination Notice of Determination for the Yuasni Tipi Lodge and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
