Paqtnkek Subdivsion - Phase I

Proposed construction of a 11 lot subdivision at Paqtnkek-Niktuek IR 23, NS.

The project area is approximately 3 Ha and will service 11 housing lots. Activities during construction will include clearing, grubbing 300m of road construction, 345m of water main and 240m of gravity sewers to service the 11 lots. A pumping station and force main will be required for wastewater.

Latest update

August 30, 2021 - The public comment period on the project is closed. Indigenous Services Canada is reviewing the assessment to determine whether carrying out the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
