Proposed Pipeline from 15-27 to 09-28-044-10W5M in O'Chiese Indian Reserve No. 203

The proposed pipeline by TAQA North Ltd  is being constructed from 15-27 to 09-28-044-10W5  in O'Chiese Indian Reserve No. 203 to provide a more direct route between developments while allowing for a long horizontal directional drill (HDD) crossing of the O'Chiese Road and paralleling small permanent watercourse. Resource to be transported in the pipeline and associated infrastructure will be sweet gas. Footprint for this project will be 1.81 ha with a width of 15 m and length of 1,203 m.

Latest update

January 21, 2026 – The public comment period on the project is closed. IOGC is considering comments received to help inform its determination on whether carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
